Why should I consider upgrading my TM31?
The Thermomix® TM31, launched in 2004, was discontinued in 2014. Manufacture of spare parts has now ceased, meaning service and repairs are no longer available.
The new Thermomix® TM7, released in 2025, offers not only ongoing support but also a host of modern features that transform how you cook.

- Manual Browning: TM7 brings browning to manual cooking, unlocking new recipe possibilities.
- Quieter Operation: The new Vorwerk silent synchronous motor delivers significant noise reduction over previous models.
- Cool-Touch Bowl: Safer handling thanks to an insulated bowl that’s cool, even with hot contents.
- Larger, Rectangular Varoma: 45% more steaming space than the TM6 and much larger than the TM31, making it ideal for bigger batches and meal prep.
- WiFi & Bluetooth: Easily access online recipes and software updates, which the TM31 lacks.
- Pre-loaded Recipes: Over 200 recipes are built-in. This is perfect when internet isn’t available .
