Happy New Year! I hope you have a wonderful year ahead. We have some travel planned for this year, starting with a couple of weeks back in Tasmania from next week. It will be great to catch up with family and friends. I will still be available to you if you want to chat all things Thermomix®, so please don't hesitate to get in touch.
Today I wanted to share with you some recipes, and also some reminders of current offers. The current gift with purchase with the Thermomix® TM6 is a $150 gift voucher for The MixShop. Making Bread with your Thermomix®
I love making bread with my Thermomix®. It is something I have done since first owning a TM31 in 2009. If you haven't yet ventured into bread making, then I think this recipe for Turkish Flatbreads is a great place to start. It has become a favourite in the last year. The dough is so incredibly light and the whole recipe time is relatively quick for bread, so you can easily prepare in the morning and have for lunch.
This time I made the dough into six round rolls rather than two loaves. They were perfect and very soft. We filled them with Moreton Bay Bugs and Prawns. Yum.
