ThermoJo is no longer a Thermomix® Consultant

ThermoJo has now moved on. I was a Thermomix® consultant in Australia from 2021 until mid 2026. I have now moved on to focus on my ThermoJo 30 Day Kickstart online video programs.

This post gives you the information you need – wherever you are in the world – to find a consultant, book a demo, troubleshoot any Thermomix® issues, or take the first step to joining as a consultant yourself.

Do I need a Thermomix® Consultant / Advisor

If you own a Thermomix® or would like to buy a Thermomix® you may need a consultant or advisor. Note that in some countries, like Australia, the term consultant is used. In some countries, like the UK, the term advisor is used. In both cases, this is the person who is your link to Thermomix®.

The main reasons you need a consultant are when you wish to see the Thermomix® in action at a demo, or you are ready to purchase.  If you have a Thermomix® and have a problem, you can contact your current consultant or Thermomix® directly (see below).

Learn more about, or purchase, the Thermomix®

In most countries, you are required to purchase your Thermomix® through a consultant. A demonstration may be required, or if you are ready to buy the consultant can give you a link to purchase through them.

Host a Thermomix® Demonstration

If you would like to see the Thermomix® in action then you will need to firstly find a consultant. You can host in your home with a local consultant, or online with a consultant from anywhere in your country.

Recommended Consultants in Australia

Now I have finished up as a Thermomix® Consultant, I am recommending three consultants to you if you are wishing to learn more about or purchase a Thermomix® in Australia. Each have excellent knowledge and really look after their customers.

Lisa Jonsson (Westcott) is based in Cairns and sells across Australia: Click here to get in touch with Lisa.

Luiza Moldovan is based in South East Melbourne. Luiza is a consultant and Team Leader, and offers her services across Australia: Click here to get in touch with Luiza.

Raelene Bates is based in Launceston, Tasmania and offers her services across Australia: Click here to get in touch with Rae.

The links provided here take you to a contact form on the Thermomix® website. Completing the form will send your details to the consultant you have selected, and let them know I sent you. They will be in touch with you very soon.

If you would prefer to find a consultant close to where you live, click here to request a consultant through the Thermomix® Australia website.

Find a Thermomix® Consultant or Advisor

Vorwerk, the company which manufactures Thermomix®, have separate websites for each country in which they operate. Click on the relevant website link below to go to your local website.

Find a Thermomix® Consultant / Advisor

To find a Thermomix® consultant or advisor, from the homepage of your country's website there will be a menu item or button to either find a consultant or book a demonstration.

At the time of writing, in most countries, you are only able to purchase a Thermomix® by going through a consultant. You are not required to have a demonstration, however this is promoted on most websites as the most common first step.

Enquire about joining as a Thermomix® Consultant / Advisor

If you are interested in learning about starting as a Thermomix® Consultant or Advisor in your country, then you will find a link to “Join Us” on your local country website. Follow the links to find out more.

If you are already in touch with a consultant and wish to explore joining as a consultant, then please first make contact with them. Consultants do get a small referral fee if you sign up through them, so it is good to take that option if you can.

Report a problem with your Thermomix®

If you have a problem with your Thermomix®, go to your country website and look for a menu item called Service or Support. Here you will find instruction manuals, troubleshooting guides and links to report a problem or book a service. There will also be a phone number available for Customer Service.

You can report a problem to your consultant if you already have someone you know. Hopefully it is something that can be easily rectified without needing to send your Thermomix® in for service.

If the case is more complex, I think it is easier for the customer if they report directly to Thermomix®. Otherwise the consultant just becomes the “middle man” and can't assist with the actual solution. Note that consultants do not have direct access to help in most cases and are not paid separately for support of this nature.
