The Thermomix® TM6 features the manual controls for time, temperature and speed, as you may have used on the earlier TM21, TM31 and TM5 models.
Even through the TM6 has guided cooking, there are still lots of quick things you will use the manual mode for, as well as for when you use a recipe from a cookbook or website.
