Jo
I am Jo Reardon, a Thermomix® Consultant selling across Australia.
I live near the beach in Kewarra Beach, Cairns, Queensland. Kewarra Beach is a fantastic Northern Beaches suburb of Cairns, Far North Queensland - it is near trinity Beach, Trinity Park, Palm Cove, Clifton Beach and on the way / not far from Port Douglas.
I live with my husband Dale and Dale’s seeing eye dog Cookie. Cookie is a black Labrador x Golden Retriever.
I have been an avid fan of the Thermomix® since 2009 when I bought the TM31 model. I am now very excited to be a Thermomix® Consultant and to be using the incredible TM6. Why didn’t I upgrade earlier?

The $595 gift with the purchase of a Thermomix TM6 sounds quite appealing. However, I’m curious about the specifics of the gift bundle contents. It’s fascinating to see how companies are increasingly incentivizing their sales with valuable additions, thereby enhancing consumer satisfaction and product value perception. Jo, could you possibly delve deeper into what this bundle includes? It would greatly assist potential buyers in making an informed decision.
You get a second BBL set (bowl, blade and lid) that makes cooking so much easier – there are other articles on this blog about the benefits of a second jug – it will save time and help you out tremendously.
You also get a $200 grocery gift card which will really help out with those recurring food costs at the moment..
And of course if you have a Thermomix TM5 you get these gifts plus the extra discount and you can still keep your existing TM5 – sell it or gift it to someone else!
saw the thing about the ricotta gnocchi cook and connect. sounds chill but wondering if it’s beginner-friendly? like i haven’t cooked much beyond pasta and eggs. would be cool to try something new without feeling outta place.
MaxT, totally recommend giving it a go! These events are super welcoming and they usually guide you through step by step. Plus, gnocchi is fun to make!
Definitely beginner friendly.
You will get to see the full benefits of guided cooking and the way that the Thermomix with guided cooking makes trying out new dishes so much easier.
Normally with cooking you can forget a step, forget an ingredient or do things in the wrong order but guided cooking saves you from all those mistakes.
Hmm, the whole refer a friend for a Mix Shop voucher sounds a bit like just another marketing scheme. It’s interesting but do people actually go for this? feels like there’s always a catch.
We definitely have customers earning referral rewards from the program.
It costs nothing to join – you just send me your details and I create a referral link for you.. You then give that referral link to your friends/contacts and if they purchase you earn the reward..
If they don’t buy then nothing happens so you aren’t risking anything.
Essentially you are being rewarded for telling other people about ThermoJo and the Thermomix.
The integration of technology in the kitchen, as demonstrated by the functions and modes of the Thermomix, is a testament to the evolution of cooking from a mere necessity to an art form infused with efficiency. The Cookidoo platform, especially, piques my interest. How does it interface with the TM6, and what are the main benefits users report? I’m particularly keen on understanding the user experience from a technical standpoint, to gauge whether it aligns with the needs of those who are not only cooking enthusiasts but also tech aficionados.
Absolutely thrilled about the online class for Christmas and Gifts! It’s such a great opportunity to get into the holiday spirit and learn some new skills. I’ve always wanted to create something special with my Thermomix, and this seems like the perfect chance. Plus, what better way to save time and money during the busiest season? Count me in!
ClarissaMay, same here! Love getting ahead of the holiday rush. The TM classes are always so helpful.
Sounds fun! Never joined one of these before, hoping it’s easy to follow.
Very easy to follow along.
Let me know if you have any questions after the event or any problems connecting to the video stream.
