Sticky Toffee, or Sticky Date, Puddings are a favourite of many. This recipe makes individual serves of steamed puddings with an incredible caramel/butterscotch sauce.
This is definitely a recipe that will impress your friends!
Tip: make a double batch of the sauce, you won't regret it!
This is also a great way to start using your Varoma for steaming if you find you don't use it much. You will need some dariole moulds or muffin cases. You can find some great silicone options on The Mix Shop – here and here.
