TM31 Upgrade Offer
Thermomix® TM31 Update (September 2024)
Thermomix® TM31 servicing update
Thermomix® in Australia have recently contacted all TM31 owners in their database with an update regarding the servicing of the Thermomix® TM31.
If you have changed your email details since purchase or bought your TM31 second hand then it is likely you did not receive a direct email.
The email read:
As indicated in the email text, you can reach out to your consultant to learn more about your options to upgrade your Thermomix if you choose.
If you no longer have a consultant, please complete the form at the bottom of this page if you would like to know more about the latest upgrade offer, which is not being promoted publicly.
Can my Thermomix® TM31 still be repaired?
The Thermomix® TM31 was last manufactured in 2014. In the last couple of years owners have been told that in 2024 production of new parts to the TM31 will cease.
That time has now come and production is ending. Australia still has stock of some parts but these are not expected to last long.
If your TM31 is not working well and needs a service, it will likely need some replacement parts. In the next couple of months this should be possible, but very soon the parts will not be available.
If you do want to book your TM31 in for a service then I would recommend doing that soon.
I also recommend getting in touch so I can give you your options for upgrading to the TM6, so you have all the information before committing to the cost of a repair.
Learn more about the Thermomix® TM6
Before deciding if now is the right time to upgrade to the Thermomix® TM6, there are likely some things you would like to know.
First and foremost, I can confirm that you can continue to use manual cooking with the TM6. You can make everything you have always made in a familiar way.
However you also get the advantage of all the additional modes and the integrated Cookidoo® recipe app and the time saving Guided Cooking.
I was a TM31 owner for 12 years before upgrading the the TM6 and it honestly is a game changer to move to guided cooking. It definitely saves me from missing ingredients or a step, while also allowing me to adjust recipes any way I like.
I also love the higher heat function (up to 160 degrees), the many modes and the larger bowl and Varoma. It really is an even more complete machine and new modes keep getting added to make it even better.
The TM6 also gives you access to the modes that use the optional accessories which cannot be used with the TM31 smaller bowl:
- The Blade Cover & Peeler is used with the Peeler, Slow Cook and Sous Vide Modes
- The Cutter is used with the Slicing and Grating modes.
When you choose to purchase your new TM6 through me you will get free access to my online video training that shows you every mode and function of the TM6 and also Cookidoo. This will make the transition to the TM6 so much easier. Of course you also get my one on one assistance as much as you need.
